Located just W of Poteau and on the SW slope of Cavanal Hill. Steep pine/oak forest to NE, leveling down to SW with a 1/2 acre pond. 60% wood line, 40% open meadow/pond. Water in pond is year-round. Whitetails, turkey and some light waterfowl hunting. Might potentially produce black bears and hogs. Creeks on the property and is easily accessible.
