Your private Landowner tour will lead you through rolling hills and accessible mountains which connect to the main Wichita Range, offering easy movement of deer and elk from a nearby game preserve. Abundant water and secluded creeks and forested areas offer just the right protection for deer, elk, and turkey to thrive. Licensees can use the camping /picnic facility located in a shady grove of trees. This area includes water, electricity, and a covered pavilion with picnic tables. All areas are easily accessible via well marked roads . . . (25 minutes will lead you to a local Walmart for supplies and a Pizza Hut. A local Indian Casino and nice restaurants are just 40 minutes away.)

Camping is for the use of the Licensee / Hunter, while on the property, actively hunting.
A personal camper may be parked at our designated “picnic grounds” for no longer than 10 consecutive days. i.e. Friday pm to a week later, Sunday PM.
NO campfire or any live fires other than a gas grill will be allowed.
When driving on proper roads, and when approaching both homes, caution should be taken to protect loose livestock and PERSONAL PETS. (We have had two personal pets struck and killed over the past few years.)
Hunting hogs is allowed only if seen while setting out equipment or while hunting.
Hunting and shooting of Coyotes is prohibited. Ponds are leased for fishing. No use of the ponds is allowed. Fisherman and Hunters will be notified by landowner if/when each other will be present at the same time.
Specific permission must be obtained from Grantor as to what fences, blinds, tree stands, feeders,
trailers, etc. may be brought onto the property and where they may be placed.
Licensee / Hunter must text when leaving and report all game that was harvested. (Deer, Elk, Turkey)

Property Limits

This landowner allows spouse and their children under 18 to participate in this agreement with all licensees.
If allowed by landowner, 1 Guest may be present per licensee outside of big game seasons. Only allowed to hunt small game – vermin, dove, quail, ducks, geese, rabbits, squirrels, fish etc. This does not allow for deer, elk, moose, bear, antelope, sheep, turkey etc to be harvested by a guest. No Big Game.
A shared bag limit where spouse and children under 18 harvests count towards the licensee’s state game limit (Big Game Only). Small game shall carry the states limit for each person.
A corporate lease allows licensee to bring guests for any season. The number of persons present at any given time can be restricted by landowner.
